Drive and Lunch - Harvard Cafe Rand Airport

As we gathered at the Woolies parking lot in Parkwood, I could feel the energy building amongst the members. We had eight Land Rovers joining the convoy, and it was quite a sight as we drove in convoy through the streets of Parkhurst (Johannesburg) towards the M1 freeway. It was a fantastic feeling to be part of such a noticeable train of Landys driving together.
Arriving at Rand Airport, we were joined by a few members who had taken a more direct route from their homes to the restaurant, and headed to the restaurant for a lovely meal. The atmosphere was buzzing with stories about our Land Rovers and the adventures we had been on. It was the perfect way to end a great drive.
I want to thank all the members who attended the event and helped make it such a success. It was a great experience, and I can't wait to host another one soon. As Land Rover enthusiasts, we share a passion for adventure, exploration, and camaraderie, and it was wonderful to see all of those things come to life on the day.
